This year's Trust Thamesmead Community Festival will be one to remember! Hosted by TGR Sound. Live on the main stage will be…Hot Chocolate, Booty Luv, Jaki Graham, Michelle Gayle, Moni Tivony aka Lionel Richie from BBC1's The One and Only TV show, F-Street, The Blues Brothers Uncut, T2 featuring Addictive and more! Including this year's T Factor winners; Derry Shellam, Sam Coomber, Simple Crush, Annastasia Baker and the over all winners; dance group Myztikal.
Also appearing on the main stage is former T Factor finalist Georgia Collins, who last year went on to sing both the British and American anthems at the first league hockey games to be held in the UK (at The o2), the 2007 BBC Proms and has secured a place at the Brit School.
And in celebration of the 2012 Olympics being hosted in the U.K., the count down is on; there will be a Sports Zone featuring Thamesmead Town Football Club and Charlton Athletic, also an Activities Zone including a mobile climbing wall sponsored by London City Airport, a Children Zone, various community stalls, Greenwich Council's ‘Talk Café' and Gallions Housing Association's Hawaiian beach**.
