Connexions can offer you all the information and advice you need to make the decisions and choices in your life and you can get hold of the service in a number of ways.

You can call and speak in confidence to an adviser anytime between 8am and 2am on 080 800 13 2 19. Remember that calls from mobiles are not free so tell the advisor your mobile number and they will call you back.

There are two Connexions offices covering Thamesmead - Bexley and Greenwich - and they come under the umbrella of Connexions London East.

The Trust is actively campaigning to establish a Bexley/Greenwich joint one-stop shop in Thamesmead.
