Connexions can offer you all the information and advice you need to make the decisions and choices in your life and you can get hold of the service in a number of ways.

You can call and speak in confidence to an adviser anytime between 8:00am and 2:00am on 08080 013 219. Remember that calls from mobiles are not free so tell the advisor your mobile number and they will call you back.

There are two Connexions offices covering Thamesmead - Bexley and Greenwich - and they come under the umbrella of Connexions London East.

The Trust is actively campaigning to establish a Bexley/Greenwich joint one-stop shop in Thamesmead.
