Malcolm Levi was acting Chair of the Peabody Board for five months during the year until Lord Kerslake’s appointment on 1 June 2015.
Malcolm has been Chief Executive of three housing associations: Genesis, Warden and, for the 10 years to 2008 until his retirement, Home Group.
In 2001 he was made a distinguished member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Malcolm is now an adviser to Savills Housing Division, a member of the HCA regulation committee adviser panel, a Board member at Richmond Housing Partnership, a Board member of Gallions following its acquisition by Peabody and also a Board member of CBHA.
Malcolm joined the Peabody Board in 2009 and is currently Vice-Chair.
Malcolm’s wealth of housing experience brings an in-depth understanding of operational and performance issues to the Board and provides constructive challenge to the executive.
