Well, that's just not the case. At Crossways Gymnastics Centre there are gymnasts of all sizes, ages and abilities.
Their fully-equipped gym caters for special needs, recreational, improvers and elite gymnasts both boys and girls.
They train gymnasts from 3-20 years of age and include training in physical exercise for children, young people and adults with special needs.
It's not just gymnastics at Crossways. They also hold social events too including discos and fund-raising events
