At their meeting last week our Board of Trustees agreed to the creation of a new post at the Trust, that of ‘Head of Partnerships and Engagement’, with the aim of providing extra capacity to our Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering our community engagement strategy and leading on all our ‘Together We Can’ partnership work.
Chief Executive Mick Hayes said: "We are looking for someone with inspirational leadership and management qualities who can support me in the development of our key strategic relationships. He or she will also direct and manage our Community Development Team to achieve all their thematic and neighbourhood-based priorities."
The Trust is initially aiming to remunerate this post somewhere between £55k and £65k but this is negotiable depending on the quality and experience of the successful candidate.
