The Trustees

The Trust is currently governed by a Board (with up to 11 positions) and the members of this Board are the Trustees of the Charity and the Directors of the Company. They are also responsible for agreeing the strategic objectives of the Trust.

The Board is currently made up of:

• one individual appointed by the London Borough of Bexley
• one individual appointed by the London Borough of Greenwich
• three locally elected residents
• six independent Trustees recruited for their specific skills

When Thamesmead Town is liquidated the number of locally-elected Trustees will rise to five.
