The Trust is still quite young - its present format only goes back to 1999.

There is a strong senior management team in place driving an ambitious agenda forward underpinned by a clear strategy that was agreed by our board of trustees.

The Trust's four strategic themes are:

• An inclusive community
• Skills for life and work
• Improving community infrastructure
• Improving the lives of children, young people and parents

We don't under-estimate what needs to be done but working with others to meet the challenge of tackling social and economic disadvantage in Thamesmead, we are now having an increasing impact on the potential of local people and our local communities.
