Chief Executive - Mick Hayes Mick has overall responsibility to the Board for delivering on their strategy and ensuring that the Trust meets all its legal and charitable responsibilities. He is charged with building strong working relationships with the Trust's key partner organisations and leading the staff team in making best use of the Trust's resources (staff, skills, property, assets, money) to deliver on our charitable objectives in a sustainable way. mhayes@trust-thamesmead.co.uk
Head of Community Development - David Stone David manages and has accountability for the development of the Trust's community development activities, ensuring that we work with the community on our priority issues of social and economic exclusion e.g. unemployment, childcare and youth alienation etc. david@trust-thamesmead.co.uk
Head of Community Services - Dawn Young Dawn leads for the Trust by ensuring that the services that the Trust directly provides; childcare, employment/training and The cAve climbing wall are delivered in a sustainable and accessible manner, are of high quality and that they improve the quality of life for Thamesmead residents. She is also the first point of contact for the Sporting Club Thamesmead project at Bayliss Avenue. dyoung@trust-thamesmead.co.uk Head of Staff & Organisational Development - Frances Jones Frances manages the Trust's Human Resources function and works at a senior level with internal and external partners to champion the Trust's people management and development policies and practices.
