The Greenwich Action for Voluntary Service (GAVS) Civil Society Awards 2011 is a great opportunity to celebrate local achievements and the efforts of an individual or organisation. If you know of anyone that should receive an award, please fill in this nomination form by 5:00pm on Monday 19 September 2011.
There are four categories to choose from; the winner of each category will win £150:
- Community Cohesion
- Positive Impact on Health and Well-being
- Positive Impact on Young People
- Significant Contribution by an Individual
