The Link Hosts Photo Shoot

The Link Thamesmead recently hosted the cast and production team from Starter Black Label for a major fashion shoot which took place around Southmere Lake.

Starter Black Label is a premium streetwear label, a sub-brand from Starter, the collegiate sports brand founded in 1971, which grossed two billion dollars in the USA in 2012.

Marketing Co-ordinator Jack Peters said: "The shoot was for the SS13 look-book, which has been sent to all press, retailers that stock Starter Black Label and features on the company's website."

He continued: "Thamesmead was chosen as the location for its iconic backset – a unique urban environment.

"The Link Thamesmead was highly thought of by the cast and production team. The staff were very friendly and the building clean, modern and providing great facilities."
