Fair Finance Branches Out

Free service now also available at Lakeside Health Centre

In a new initiative to improve financial inclusion services in Thamesmead Fair Finance is now offering free debt advice appointments at Lakeside Health Centre.

The new service, which is open to any patients registered at the Health Centre who have any concerns regarding debt, rent or mortgage arrears or who are experiencing financial difficulty, offers a free, confidential and impartial appointment with a Fair Money Advice advisor. The weekly service starts on Friday 8 February.

Fair Money Advice also offers appointments to those who live, work or volunteer in Thamesmead at the Trust’s offices in the town centre on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fair Personal Loans can help with affordable loans, which offer an alternative to door step lenders and loan sharks.
