Nominate a Volunteer

Trust Thamesmead is asking residents to nominate someone who has made a fantastic voluntary contribution to the community of Thamesmead.

The volunteer with the most votes will win a family day-trip to a mystery location across the channel on 13 December (2014) with £100 spending money thrown-in.

More than 400 Thamesmead residents have registered their interest in volunteering with Trust Thamesmead. Some volunteer regularly, others on an ad-hoc basis but all volunteer their time to community projects and organisations to benefit the community.

Trust Thamesmead’s Volunteer Coordinator, Sarah Feleppa said: “Many community groups and organisations wouldn’t survive without the generosity of Thamesmead residents who selflessly give up their time to help others. We can’t thank them enough.”

Nominations should be emailed to Trust Thamesmead’s Community Development Officer, Sarah Feleppa, E: [email protected] by Friday 26 September.
