One Stop Shop

Trust Thamesmead not only offers free job searches and training through their Building Futures department, they also offer a One Stop Shop in their office in Thamesmead Town Centre, Monday-Friday, 51 weeks of the year*.

The One Stop Shop offers an array of free advice and guidance to Thamesmead residents from several service providers, including the newly added Age UK, which means our One Stop Shop now looks like this:

Monday afternoons (every fortnight)

Information, advice and guidance for the over 55s

Tuesday mornings (4th Tuesday of every month)
Greenwich Link
Helping others regarding local health and social care

Friday all day

Career and transferable skills advice to fit in with individual needs

Stepping Up
Assisting the homeless, those in temporary housing or a new tenancy on the Bexley side of Thamesmead, with access to training and employment opportunities
