How would you like to help us improve the quality of life and enhance opportunities and aspirations for the whole community?
We are looking for Trustees to join our Board on a voluntary basis and would particularly like to hear from people with a background in employment law, marketing and communications, human resources, project and change management or sustainability and the green agenda. We’d also like to hear from entrepreneurs, especially social entrepreneurs.
The full Board meets six times a year in the evenings but Trustees are also encouraged to become involved in committee and public engagement work which could mean being available during the day, so these roles might best suit people who have retired but we would not want to exclude those in work either. We are able to be fairly flexible in this respect.
There will be the opportunity to have an informal chat with our Chief Executive Mick Hayes and there will be an interview process and references sought.
If you are interested in applying please email Helen Webb CV with an accompanying supporting statement.
