National Gardening Week Events

Trust Thamesmead is working in partership with other agencies throughout next week's National Gardening Week (15-21 April 2013) and to celebrate, you are invited to all three of our garden-themed events!

These will be taking place...

Tuesday 16 April, 10:00am-3:00pm at the Growing Together Garden Open Day, next to Gallions office in Titmuss Avenue
Thursday 18 April, 10:00am-3:00pm at Good Life Garden's Open Day in Birchmere Park
Thursday 18 April, 3:30-4:30pm Afternoon Garden Club at RBC Blue Water Garden, The Atrium, Tees Court, Middle Way

Jeannine Moros-Noujaim from London Wildlife Trust and works on the Natural Estates project to get residents in Thamesmead involved in their local green spaces, said: “This is an amazing opportunity for residents to be inspired, learn new gardening skills and enjoy this wonderful new community space. I’d urge everyone to come along and get their hands dirty.”
