Our New Trustee

Our Trustees have welcomed new recruit Soji Otudeko onto the Board of Trust Thamesmead.  Soji lived in the Thamesmead area with his family for almost a decade and is an active leader in his church and supporter of a number of the local community groups.

Soji is a chartered accountant with more than seventeen years charity finance management experience, ten of which was with a leading children’s charity as a senior manager responsible for financial planning, budgets and investments. He was also Head of Finance of a Higher Education college.

Soji also brings with him a wealth of knowledge in audit practice, Management Consultancy, business planning and performance management.   

We caught up with Soji a couple of weeks ago when he told us "I have recently joined the Board of Trust Thamesmead and I am doing this at a very exciting time for both the Trust and Thamesmead.

“I wanted to do this because I passionately support the Trust's aspirations as they are set out in our 'Transforming Thamesmead' strategy.  We have fifteen high level priorities that we have all committed to and I want to help the senior team and the Board deliver on all of them".
