Volunteers Wanted by Bexley Age Concern


Bexley Age Concern is looking for two volunteers to assist in making a difference to older people's health and wellbeing and address the inequalities in health as a part of a national initiative.

The Fit as a Fiddle project officers roles are to support older people in order that they remain healthy and active well into their older age, with a particular emphasis on tackling obesity.

The project will deliver a wide range of activities that will assist older people eat a healthier diet, increase their physical activity, improve cooking skills, enhance their social lives and have fun.
