October Half Term

October half-term is almost here and to celebrate, The Link Thamesmead and Sporting Club Thamesmead are offering a fantastic programme of activities for you to choose from.

With everything from Open House days featuring free activities at The Link, as well as mural painting, photography, baking, Fifa Tournaments, high and low ropes courses, indoor climbing, computer assisted robotics, archery, singing performance workshops, kids clubs and that's not all...

•     There will be several street dance classes taking place including a master class with non-other than Ashley from Twist and Pulse!
•     The first of The Link Thamesmead's quarterly Town Hall meetings featuring Erith & Thamesmead MP, Teresa Pearce and various community groups - a must for anyone wanting to know what is going on in and around South Thamesmead
•     Thamesmead Youth Voice's second ever Open Mic Night
•     Tomorrow Morning - A musical about two couples, one on the eve of their wedding, the other on the brink of divorce. Written and composed by Theatre Street Performing Arts very own Director, Laurence Mark Wythe and has been shown in New York, London and Tokyo

A fantastic programme of sporting activities in first class facilities with qualified instructors all in one fantastic location, 28 October - 1 November, 10:00am-3:00pm, £39 or £9 per day.

FOOTBALL
Five day football course run by Charlton Athletic Community Trust and Thamesmead Town FC for 5-12 year olds

TENNIS
Five day tennis course run by coaches from Shooters Hill Tennis Club for 8-12 year olds
