Free 13 Week Course for Parents

We will be delivering a free 13 week programme for both expectant parents and parents/carers with children up to 18 years of age.

Designed to promote some of the protective factors associated with good parenting. The course will aim to help you to develop and promote:

Positive parent-child relationships

A range of life skills

Build your self-esteem and self-discipline

Strong ethnic and cultural roots

And more!

Lunch is provided. Advance booking required. Creche facilities available. Places are limited and must be booked at least seven days in advance or as early as possible.

Sessions will be taking place every Friday between 11 September - 11 December (except 30 october) , 9:30am - 1:30pm at Discovery Children's Centre, Battery Road, SE28 0JN.
