Trust Thamesmead presented this year's Trust Thamesmead Christmas Card Competition winners Simeon Melton (10), Shamira Kemp (11), Kemi Omole (9), Lee-Andrew Audain (9) and Jokebed Kouame (6) with their framed artwork, printed copies of their cards to give to friends and family and a crafts set in a presentation led by Trust Thamesmead's Chief Executive Mick Hayes and Board of Trustee member Janice Ward-Wilson on Tuesday, 9 December at Trust Thamesmead's office in Thamesmead Town Centre.
The four winning designs were picked from more than 300 entries which were designed by school pupils in Thamesmead.
Mick Hayes said: “This is the fourth consecutive year Trust Thamesmead has run its Christmas card competition. Every year we are inundated with entries, the thought and creativity that goes into them is amazing; we always have such a hard time picking the winners but I think we have chosen well.
“It was fantastic to meet the designers and see their faces when they were presented with printed copies of their artwork. Well done to all the winners.”
